<p>Za fil:<br />
1/2 kg jagoda // 1/2kg Erdbeeren<br />
150g maslaca // 150g Butter<br />
100g šećera u šrahu // 100g Puderzucker<br />
400g ABC sira // 400g ABC Käse<br />
1 kašika meda // 1 EL Honig<br />
Sok od jednog limuna // Saft von einer Zitrone</p>
<p>PRIPREMA:<br />
Ulupati mikserom balanca sa šećerom.<br />
Kada se dobro umuti, dodati prosejano brašno sa praškom za pecivo. Pa onda toj smesi dodavati jedno po jedno žumance pa lagano mešati žicom. Pleh obložiti papirom za pečenje, koji prethodno treba namazati maslacom.  Koru peći na 180 stepeni.<br />
Kada se kora ohladi premazati je džemom od jagoda i srolati u rolat.  Rolat staviti u frižider oko 10 min da se stegne.<br />
Stegnut rolat seći na komade širine 7cm.  Okruglu posudu obložiti streč folijom i obložiti je komadima isečenog rolata, dok ivice posude ne budu potpuno obložene. Opet staviti u frizider da se prohaldi dok spremamo fil.</p>
<p>Umutiti maslac i šećer, pa dodati sir i ostale sastojke. Na kraju dodati 200g izbledanih jagoda. Sve dobro promešati.  Fil sipati u posudu sa poređanim biskvitom.  U fil po želji možete doati ostatak celih jagoda.   Služiti rashlađeno.</p>

* 80g sira trapista // 80g Trappistenkäse</p>
<h4 class="p1">PRIPREMA:</h4>
<p class="p1">U malo mleka staviti kvasac, šećer i kašičicu brašna. Sve pomešati, pa ostaviti da kvasac nadođe. U zasebnu posudu staviti brašno, sol i dodati smesu sa kvascem. Toj smesi dodati 200ml tople vode i umesiti testo.</p>
<p class="p1">Testo ostaviti na toplom da nadođe.</p>
<p class="p1">Maslac istopiti, pa mu dodati iseckani beli luk i peršun. Nadošlo testo podeliti na oko 16 jednakih delova.</p>
<p class="p1">Svaki deo umakati u smesu sa maslacom. Poređane hlepčiće ostaviti u tepsiji oko 20 min da dodatno nadođu.</p>
<p class="p1">Pre pečenja na testo naredati sir. Peći na 200 stepeni oko 25/30min.</p>

<h5><strong><span style="color: #000000;">PRIPREMA:</span></strong></h5>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Kako biste dobili testo, pomešajte sve gore navedene sastojke i brzo umesite smesu. Umotajte ga u prozirnu foliju i ostavite u frizideru oko 30min da odmara.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Visnje pomesajte sa 1dcl vode pa ih stavite da se lagano kuvaju. Kada prokuvaju, dodajte im gustin i šećer, pa dobro promešajte. Smanjite temperaturu i kuvajte do željene gustine. ( Ovo će zavisiti od vaše vrste višanja)</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Kada su skuvane, pomerite ih sa vatre i ostavite da se ohlade.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Odstojalo testo oklagijom razvucite na debljinu koja vam odgovara. ( Ja volim da kore budu što tanje )</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Razvaljano testo stavite u odgovarajuci kalup i vratite u frizider na 15 minuta.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Nakon hladjenja testa, stavljamo fil.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Pitu možete ukrasiti baš kao i ja, tako što ćete od ostatka testa napraviti trakice koje ćete plesti preko fila.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Testo premažite sa ulupanim žumancem.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Pitu pecite na 180°C &#8211; oko 40ak minuta.</span></p>

<h5><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>PRIPREMA:</strong></span></h5>

<div><span style="color: #000000;">Mikserom, najvećom brzinom , mutimo žumanjke,šećer i vanilin šećer.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Jabuke oglimo i naribamo.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Prašak za pecivo pomešamo sa brašnom. </span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Od belanaca napravimo sneg.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Nakon što su jaja i šećer izmućeni da budu penasti (<em>važno je da se pojavi penica, a ako se šećer još krupno oseća nije važno, u pečenju će se skroz rastopiti</em>) u njih polako dodajemo rogač, brašno (pomešano sa praškom za pecivo) i ulje. Dodavamo kašiku po kašiku i polako mešamo. Za povezivanje smese dodajemo mleko i mešamo dok ne dobijemo ravnomernu smesu srednje gustine. Smesi dodamo još i rum. U to dodamo sneg od belanaca, i polako sjedinimo smesu. I na kraju dodamo i narendane jabuke. Smesu izlijemo u pleh u formi prema želji.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Kolač pečemo na 180°C , oko pola sata.</span></div>

</div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">U malo mleka, šećera, i brašna omekšati pola paketića kvasca.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> U posudu za mešanje sipati 500g brašna, 1 ulupano jaje, maslac sobne temperature, prstohvat soli, omekšali kvasac i zamesiti testo sa oko 250ml mleka. Dobro rukama izraditi testo, sve dok se na njemu pojave mehurići i testo počne da se odvaja od ruku.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> Testo prekriti krpom i ostaviti na toplom mestu da se podupla.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> Ukiselo testo sipati na dasku postom brašnom, te ga podeliti na 5 jednakih delova. Od 5 traka isplesti željeni oblik hleba.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> Svaki deo možete namazati belancem i posuti makom ili susamom, pre pletenja. Jedan deo možete namazati samo žumancem da bi dobio lepu žutu boju.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> Peći na 200°C , oko pola sata.</span></div>

* Narendana kora jednog limuna // eine geriebene Zitronenschale<br />
* 50g putera // 50g Butter<br />
* Prstohvat soli // 1 Prise Salz<br />
* Malo šećera // Zucker<br />
* Pola litre ulja // 0.5l Öl<br />
* 125g čokolade i 60g maslaca za preliv // Für Schokoladenguss: 125g Schokolade und 60g Butter</p>
<h4 style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">PRIRPEMA:</span></strong></h4>
<p style="text-align: left;">U malo mleka, malo soli i šećera i brašna, omekšati paketić svežeg kvasca. Umutiti tri žumanca, 50g putera ili masti, koru od limuna i malo šećera. Dodati 500g brašna, omekšali kvasac i mleka prema potrebi. Celu masu mititi varjačom dok se ne počne odvajati od posude. Testo mora biti meko. Ostavite testo na toplom mesto da uskisne.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Testo staviti na pobrašnjanu podlogu, pa ga razvući na debljinu od 2 cm, pa čašom ili kalupom vaditi od testa krugove, redjati na čist stolnjak, posuti brašnom i prekriti krpom te ostaviti još malo da nadodju.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">U manjoj šerpi zagrejati ulje i ubacivati korfne da se peku. Pržiti dok porumene.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Otopiti smesu čokolade, maslaca i 25ml vode. Pa krofne umakti u tu smesu te dekorisati po želji.</p>

<div><span style="color: #000000;">Mikserom umititi jaja sa šećerom i mlekom. Toj smesi dodati otopljen maslac i brašno u koje smo prethodno dodali prstohvat soli i prašak za pecivo. </span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Smesu ostaviti da odstoji 30min. </span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Na zagrejanom tiganju dodamo malo ulja i pečemo palačinke.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Služiti uz voće po želji, medom ili javorovim sirupom.</span></div>

<p>* 100g putera // 100g Butter<br />
* 1 žumance // 1 Eigelb<br />
* 1 ulupano belance // ein steif geschlagenes Eiweiß<br />
* 450g brašna tip &#8211; 500 // 450g Weizenmehl Type 500<br />
* 1/2 kašičica soli // 1/2 TL Salz<br />
* 250-300ml surutke (ili mleka) // 250 – 300ml Molke (oder Milch)<br />
* ½ praška za pecivo // ½ Backpulver</p>
<h4><strong>Priprema:</strong></h4>
<p>Zamesiti testo od gore navedenih sastojaka.<br />
Testo pokriti sa providnom folijom, pa ostaviti da odstoji otprilike 20-30min.<br />
Od testa oblikovati štapiće debljine olovke, dužine 20-30 cm, pa ih presaviti ih u oblik perece. Peći oko 15 minuta u zagrejanoj rerni na 200°C stepeni.</p>

<span style="color: #000000;">* Dodati po želji suvo grožđe, malo cimeta, ruma <em>// nach Belieben Rosinen, Zimt, Rum</em></span></p>
<h4 style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Priprema:</strong></span></h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Kvasac potopiti u 2 dcl mlakog mleka, dodajte 1 kašiku šećera i 1 kašiku brašna pa ostaviti sa strane da kvasac nadođe. </span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Varjačom umutite jaja sa šećerom, sipajte nadošli kvasac, toplo mleko, otopljen maslac, naribanu koricu od limuna. Postepeno dodavajte brašno pomešano sa prstohvatom soli, te zamesite mekse testo. </span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Smesu prekrijte providnom folijom i ostavite na toplom mesto da kisne. </span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Pripremite fil, tako da u šerpu stavite mlevene orahe, šećer i mleko. Neprekidno mešajte na toploj ringli, dok se fil ne sjedini. </span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Nadošlo testo podelite na dva dela, pa ga tanko rasklagijajte na pobrašnjenoj površini. Filujte testo po celoj površini i pažljivo urolajte u štrudlu. </span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Štrudle prebacite u podmazan pleh i pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200°C , oko pola sata.</span></p>
